At Manning’s Feed & Seed, our customers and their animals are at the heart of everything we do. Throughout the year, we loved celebrating the pets that make our community so special through our Pet of the Month feature. From loyal companions to barnyard favorites, each winner brought personality, charm, and joy to our stores and our team.

Here’s a look back at all of our Pet of the Month winners from the past year — and the incredible animals that made each month memorable.

🐶 January – Duke

We kicked off the year with Duke, whose confident stance and undeniable charm made him a standout from the start. This handsome pup set the tone for a year full of amazing pets.

🐔 February – Laddy

February belonged to Laddy, a proud and photogenic chicken who reminded us that farm pets deserve the spotlight too. A true flock favorite!

🐕 March – Merle

With soulful eyes and a relaxed pose, Merle quickly became a crowd favorite. This sweet pup captured everything we love about our four-legged companions.

🐐 April – Brownie

April brought us Brownie, an adorable young goat full of curiosity and personality. His playful spirit made him impossible not to love.

🐰 May – Bandit

Standing tall and proud, Bandit hopped into the spotlight as our May Pet of the Month. This charming bunny proved that small pets can make a big impression.

🐐 June – Twinkie

Twinkie’s expressive face and playful attitude made June extra fun. This lovable goat reminded us why farm animals are such cherished members of so many families.

🫏 July – Maximus

July featured Maximus, whose curious nature and larger-than-life personality made him an instant favorite. A true farmyard standout!

🐴 August – Darlin

With a stunning sunset backdrop, Darlin brought elegance and grace to August. This beautiful horse was a standout in every way.

🫏 September – Merlin

Merlin’s gentle expression and calm demeanor made him an easy favorite. September was all about this sweet and lovable donkey.

🐷 October – Lincoln

October’s winner, Lincoln, brought personality and seasonal charm with his festive fall photo. Proof that pigs deserve just as much love as any pet!

🐰 November – Caspian

November’s Pet of the Month, Caspian, won hearts with his calm charm and classic good looks. This sweet rabbit reminded us that pets of all kinds make our community special.

🐶 December – Aspen

Rounding out the year, Aspen was our December Pet of the Month. Surrounded by holiday lights and festive magic, Aspen’s cozy Christmas photo was the perfect way to close out the year — warm, joyful, and full of heart.
